All music, lyrics, compositions, recordings, beats, instrumentals, artwork, visual media, branding, logos, written content, and all other creative works published, distributed, or made available through this platform and any associated channels (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of Von El Vaughn, operating under Elvaughns Entertainment.

Von El Vaughn retains full, sole, and exclusive ownership of all Content, including but not limited to:

• All master recordings and sound recordings
• All musical compositions, melodies, and lyrics
• All album titles, track names, and associated branding
• All visual artwork, cover art, promotional materials, and digital assets
• All intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets
• All tokenized digital assets, NFTs, and blockchain-based content representations

No transfer, assignment, or license of ownership rights is implied or granted through the purchase of digital tokens (DV, DLV, DVC), content access, or any interaction with this platform unless explicitly stated in a separate, signed written agreement.

Purchasing content through this platform grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to listen to and enjoy the content for private use only. It does not transfer any ownership, copyright, or commercial rights whatsoever.

All revenue generated from the Content belongs exclusively to Von El Vaughn / Elvaughns Entertainment. This includes, without limitation, revenue from:

• Digital sales, streaming, and downloads
• Token-based purchases (DV, DLV, DVC transactions)
• Sync licensing, placements, and media usage
• Merchandise, live performances, and touring
• Brand partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsements
• Any derivative works or adaptations

No implied license is granted. No individual, entity, platform, label, distributor, or third party may use, reproduce, sample, remix, distribute, publicly perform, broadcast, sync, or otherwise exploit any Content for commercial gain without a prior written licensing agreement signed by Von El Vaughn.

Licensing inquiries must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Von El Vaughn. All licensing agreements must include fair and rightful compensation terms.

⚠️ Any unauthorized commercial use, exploitation, or profiting from Von El Vaughn's Content without proper licensing and fair compensation will be considered a violation of copyright law and will be subject to immediate legal action, including but not limited to civil lawsuits for damages, injunctive relief, and statutory penalties.

By accessing and using this platform ("Divine Vaughns"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Platform Access

This platform provides access to purchase digital music, participate in token-based activities, and engage with the Von El Vaughn ecosystem. Access requires a compatible Web3 wallet and may require holding specified token balances.

2. Permitted Use

Users may:

• Purchase and listen to Content for personal, non-commercial enjoyment
• Participate in games, tours, events, and community activities as offered
• Hold and transfer DV, DLV, and DVC tokens according to the respective token contracts

3. Prohibited Use

Users may NOT:

• Reproduce, redistribute, upload, or share purchased Content on any platform
• Use any Content in commercial projects, advertisements, videos, or media without a license
• Sample, remix, or create derivative works from any Content without written authorization
• Claim ownership or authorship of any Content
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer Content access to third parties
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract Content from the platform
• Circumvent any access controls, token-gating mechanisms, or DRM protections

4. Token Purchases

All token-based purchases are final. Token prices are determined by decentralized market mechanisms and are not controlled by the platform. The platform does not guarantee token values, returns, or price stability. Tokens are utility tokens for platform access and do not constitute securities or investment contracts.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Von El Vaughn / Elvaughns Entertainment shall not be liable for any losses arising from blockchain transactions, wallet security, token value fluctuations, or platform downtime.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States federal copyright law and the laws of the state in which Von El Vaughn conducts business. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
